Some we chose ourselves, and some come from brands we trust, such as IREMIA, Sealy, Flexi, Curli and LickiMat. Where we did not make something, the page says so.

No. We will not put those words on a page without a named, consenting, registered vet who has actually reviewed the product, and we do not have one. Nothing we sell treats, prevents or cures anything. If your animal is unwell or distressed, that is a conversation with your vet, not a product page.

No. It is a quilted fabric pad with a polyester fibre filling. There is no gel core to puncture, nothing to leak, and nothing that needs freezing. It works by being a breathable, smooth surface that does not hold heat the way carpet or a padded bed does.

Not the way a wet vest does. It is a light woven mesh shirt. It puts fabric between the sun and his back and lets air through. It is not soaked, not wrung out, and it does not cool by evaporation. If you want the kind you wet before a walk, this is the wrong product.

No. A good undercoat rake pulls more loose fur per stroke than our glove will, and we would rather tell you that than let you find out. The glove is for the dog that leaves the room when a brush appears — where the real choice is not glove versus brush, it is glove versus no grooming at all.

It is shade, not sun protection in any measured sense. It covers the top of the head and the eyes. It does nothing for the ears, the nose or the belly, and it is not a substitute for shade, water and walking at a sensible hour.

Not for change of mind — a hoodie with your dog's name on it cannot be sold to anyone else. That is exactly why we confirm the spelling and the size with you in writing first. If we get the size wrong after you have given us the measurements, that is our mistake and we replace it.

Measure, do not guess, and use the chart on each product page rather than your dog's breed. Chest girth is the widest part of the chest. Back length is the base of the neck to the base of the tail, not including the tail. For the hoodie we will confirm the size with you before printing, because we do not yet trust our supplier's chart on that one and we would rather say so.

It happens, especially with mats. Dogs choose where to lie by draught and floor surface as much as by temperature, so where you put it matters more than most sellers admit. Message us and we will talk you through it rather than leaving you with something behind the couch.
