Where we deliver
Anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship outside the country.
Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Made-to-order items, such as the personalised hoodie, are dispatched within 14 business days of you confirming the name and size. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, public holidays or courier delays.
Courier and tracking
We ship with Aramex. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been collected, and you can follow it on our track your order page.
Delivery issues
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-delivery will be charged again.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, email contact.petsanctuary@gmail.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier ourselves.
Damaged parcels
Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page.
