How the two layers work
The top layer is a honeycomb your cat walks across on the way out. Litter falls through the holes into the space below, where it stays instead of travelling down the passage. When it fills up, you lift the top layer and tip the litter straight back into the box.

Which size should I order?
Measure the floor in front of the litter box and take the biggest that fits. The more steps she takes on the mat, the more it catches.
Does it catch every granule?
No, and no mat does. What changes is that a daily sweep becomes a weekly one.
How do I clean it?
Tip the trapped litter back into the box. When it needs more than that, rinse both layers and let them dry.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 4 working days to most South African addresses, dispatched from Cape Town. You get a tracking number when the parcel is collected, not when the order is placed.
What if it is wrong when it arrives?
Tell us within 30 days and we will sort out a return on anything unused and in its packaging. No restocking fee. Personalised items are the exception, which is why we confirm the spelling with you first.
