Will it hurt my dog?
Filing takes the nail down a little at a time, so there is no single cut that goes too far. File in short passes and keep it moving rather than holding it against one spot.
Are batteries included?
No. It takes two AAA batteries, not included. There is no cable and nothing to charge.
How long before he lets me do all four paws?
It depends entirely on the dog and on what happened before. Some take a few days, a nervous dog can take weeks. One nail a session and stopping while he is still calm is faster in the end than pushing.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 4 working days to most South African addresses, dispatched from Cape Town. You get a tracking number when the parcel is collected, not when the order is placed.
What if it is wrong when it arrives?
