It is a stainless steel bracelet with a tiny charm. Hold the charm up to the light and look into it, and your dog or cat is inside. The plate beside it is engraved with their name and a paw print. It is not a cleverer bracelet than anyone else's. It is the ordinary one, with the one detail that makes it theirs.

How the photo and name work
After you order, email the photo and the name to contact.petsanctuary@gmail.com with your order number. We check the photo will work, email the spelling back to you, and wait for your written confirmation. Nothing is made until you have confirmed it.

We have not measured one on a wrist ourselves yet, so we are not publishing a size we do not trust. If you are unsure whether it will fit, email us your wrist measurement before you order and we will tell you.
Care
Take it off to swim or shower. We have not worn one for months yet, so we are not going to promise how the finish holds up over time. When we know, this page will say so.

- Add the bracelet to your cart and check out.
- Email us a clear photo of your pet's face and the name, exactly as you want it engraved.
- We check the photo will work and email the spelling back to you.
- Nothing is made until you have confirmed it.

The photo is not printed on the outside. It is tiny, and you see it by looking into the charm against the light. A dark or blurry photo will look dark and blurry, so send the clearest one you have.
It is stainless steel, not silver or gold. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged is on us, including the return postage. Change of mind is covered on the returns page. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind, which is why we confirm the spelling and size with you in writing first.

How does the photo get into the charm?
After you order, email your photo and the name to contact.petsanctuary@gmail.com with your order number. We check the photo will work, email the spelling back to you, and nothing is made until you have confirmed it. That adds a few days, and it is worth it.
Which photo works best?
A clear, well-lit close-up of their face against a plain background. The picture inside the charm is small, so a close-up works far better than the whole dog on the lawn. If yours will not work, we will tell you and ask for another.
Why does it take longer to arrive?
It is made after you order and after you confirm the photo and spelling, so it takes longer than the rest of the range. Rates and timeframes are on the shipping page.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 4 working days to most South African addresses, dispatched from Cape Town. You get a tracking number when the parcel is collected, not when the order is placed.
What if it is wrong when it arrives?
Tell us within 30 days and we will sort out a return on anything unused and in its packaging. No restocking fee. Personalised items are the exception, which is why we confirm the spelling with you first.
Are these vet recommended?
No. We will not put those words on a page without a named, consenting, registered vet who has actually reviewed the product, and we do not have one. Nothing here treats, prevents or cures anything. A distressed animal needs a vet, not a product page.
